Fifi has stopped in the doctors office because of a toothache. Naguib is mistaken for a doctor by the very same woman he fell in love with at first sight, and decides to ask the patient to "open her mouth" for a look, at which point Naguib informs Fifi that all he can see are pearls, and she's in need of a jeweler, not a dentist! This starts one of the most famous love songs from the Arab world – "Hakim Ayyoun" (Doctor of Eyes").
