Dr. Sami grows impatient with best friend Naguib as he is late for a house call. Naguib explains that he's been shot in the heart by a bullet, and in this case, that bullet is love, shot from the eyes of a beautiful woman. In shock, Dr. Sami reacts as any good friend would, assuming the bullet was "real."
